Melissa Montgomery

Melissa is a passionate equestrian who has spent her life with horses, beginning her journey by jumping on ponies and exploring the mountains as a child. At just 10 years old, she entered the competitive world of the Hunter Jumper rings, and after a successful 25 years, she discovered the thrill of Endurance riding.  With numerous endurance wins including 20 Mule 100, Red Rock 100, Virginia City 100 , Mary and Anna Memorial 100.

 Melissa is Always seeking new adventures!  She competed in the grueling 255 mile race; Race The Wild Coast in South Africa placing 3rd.  

Melissa is gearing up for the Mongolian Derby in August 2025, another endurance race, this time 640 miles across Mongolia!  When she's not riding, she thrives as an Ultra Runner, tackling numerous 100-mile races and conquering the challenging 240-mile race in Moab, with her sights set on the Tahoe 200 in June 2025.

Alexandra Woodward

Ali has a deep love for horses and that has shaped her life. As a teenager, she had the privilege of working with a local trainer, quickly honing her skills with even the most challenging horses.  Ali loves endurance, to get on foward thinking animals and taking on terrain.  An outdoor enthusiast, she thrives on ultra running, weightlifting, and embracing nature. Excitingly, she’s set to tackle the Mongolian Derby in August 2025, showcasing her adventurous spirit and dedication to her craft.

Ali is also entered in the The Canyon 100 miler in April 2025!
